SARA is currently conducting Harm Reduction Projects in Namatee, Mohnyin and Momauk Townships in Kachin Region, starting from January 2018.

These Harm Reduction project activities are based in the Drop-in Centres in each township, and the services made available for drug users are:

1.  Drop-in Centre services

2.  HIV testing and Counseling

3.  Behaviour Change Sessions

4.  Outreach Services

5.  Needle and Syringe Exchange services

6.  Referrals to Methadone Maintenance Therapy

7.  Hepatitis B and C testing and Hep B vaccination

8.  Referral services to ART, malaria, Tuberculosis.

9.  Drug abuse Counseling

10.  Relapse Prevention Counseling
